*SHIFT SUPERVISOR*

*Reports to* Sr Operations Manager
*Supervises:* delivery team, kitchen team, steward, customer concierge
*Shift Schedule:* 6 days a week 6am-2pm or 12pm-8pm
*Salary:* 6 - 6.5 million (negotiable for the right candidate)

*MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITY:*
- Supervising and supporting operational team during shift
- Overseeing all deliveries of the shift are delivered on time and with no mistakes
- Communicate order updates to customers on WhatsApp and make sure they receive 5 star service from all teams
- Prepare next shift for smooth transition and order execution

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
*Order Fulfillment*
* Oversee all deliveries during your shift
* Ensure on-time delivery and basket pickup
* Double-check locations, timing, and customer details
* Communicate with customers professionally and solve issues immediately
* Coordinate kitchen and delivery teams
* Prevent mistakes before they happen

*Order Prep Supervision*
* Setup the next shift for success
* Confirm all items are fully prepared
* Ensure sufficient stock for all orders
* Support kitchen and delivery team with preparation
* Double-check all prep work personally
* Send order confirmations to ALL confirmed next-day customers
* Update Google Calendar accurately

*Supervision of Kitchen, Delivery Teams and Customer Service*
* Supervise kitchen and delivery team workflow and standards
* Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
* Monitor delivery team readiness and punctuation
* Support kitchen during high-volume prep
* Support delivery team if short-staffed or delayed
* Monitor customer service team to ensure all customer inquiries are answered
* Maintain team morale and discipline
* Provide real-time feedback and corrections

*Requirements:*
- 1-2 years supervisor experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Understands luxury customer expectations

* _Leadership & Team Management:_ Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and create a positive, productive work culture
* _Food Safety & Sanitation Expertise:_ Has deep knowledge of food safety and allergy awareness

* _Communication & Conflict Resolution:_ Excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer or staff issues professionally
* _Inventory & Stock Control:_  Experience in managing, rotating, and tracking inventory to prevent waste and ensure availability.
* _Time Management:_ ability to meet short turn around order requests and how to prioritize daily task list
* _Extremely detailed oriented, self-motivated, proactive and wants to grow with the company_
