Job Description – Sales & Marketing
RED Group – Business Consultant & Management Company

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients who need business consulting and management services.

  • Promote and offer RED Group services including Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, and IT solutions.

  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client acquisition.

  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients and handle client inquiries.

  • Manage client database and sales pipeline.

  • Coordinate with internal divisions (Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, and IT) to understand client needs.

  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

  • Use digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn, and social media for marketing activities.

  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Marketing, Management, or Business).

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Consulting is preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Target-oriented and highly motivated.

  • Able to work independently and in a team.

  • Having knowledge of business services (Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, or IT) is an advantage.

  • Good English communication skill is a plus.
