  • Greet and assist customers in the store

  • Handle cashier transactions accurately

  • Answer customer questions about products

  • Arrange and restock products on shelves

  • Maintain store cleanliness and neatness

  • Check product availability and expiry dates

  • Handle customer complaints politely

  • Support daily store operations

  • Work together with team to achieve store targets

  • Follow store SOP and rules

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School / Vocational School graduate

  • Experience in retail / minimarket is a plus

  • Friendly and good communication skills

  • Honest, responsible, and disciplined

  • Able to work in shifts

  • Able to work in a team

  • Basic cashier / POS knowledge is a plus

  • Willing to work on weekends / holidays
